Information involved in a visit
Cloudflare hosts and delivers these pages. It processes connection and request information, such as your IP address, the requested address, request time, browser information and security events, to deliver the site and protect it against abuse. Request and security information may appear in hosting logs.
This website has no accounts, submission forms, advertising or visitor analytics. It does not ask for patient records or clinical information. Please keep patient details and other confidential information out of general business enquiries.
If you email us
An email link opens your chosen email application. Nothing is sent until you choose to send it. We then receive the information in your message, such as your name, email address, organisation and the enquiry itself, together with normal email delivery information.
Providing that information is your choice. We need enough information to understand and respond to the enquiry, but you do not need to email us to browse the website.
Why we use information
We rely on legitimate interests to operate and protect the website, respond to enquiries and keep appropriate records of business correspondence. These interests are providing a reliable public information service, preventing misuse and managing the business conversations people choose to have with us. We consider the necessity of that use and its effect on your privacy.
If information must be retained or disclosed to meet a legal requirement, the relevant basis is compliance with that obligation. We do not use this website to profile visitors for advertising or make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects about them.
Who receives information
Cloudflare processes website traffic as the hosting and security provider. Our email and IT providers process correspondence as needed to deliver and maintain those services. Access within our organisation is limited to people who need the information for the enquiry or administration involved. Information may also be shared with professional advisers or authorities where necessary for a legal matter or obligation.
Following a business link takes you to that business’s website, where its own notice applies. A visit here does not automatically submit an enquiry to another business.
International processing
Cloudflare operates an international network, so hosting information may be processed outside the UK, including in the United States. Its data processing terms describe the contractual safeguards for relevant transfers, including standard contractual clauses and the UK Addendum where applicable. You can contact us for information about the safeguards relevant to your information, including correspondence handled by our providers.
How long information is kept
We keep correspondence for as long as it is needed to answer the enquiry, manage any resulting business relationship and address relevant legal or accounting requirements. The subject of the message, ongoing work and any unresolved complaint or dispute affect that decision. We review information and delete it when those purposes no longer require it.
Hosting and security records are kept according to the service’s logging configuration and the need to diagnose faults, prevent abuse or investigate an incident. Different records can have different retention periods; we do not describe Cloudflare logs as having a single fixed lifetime.
Your rights and questions
You can ask for access to your personal information, correction of inaccuracies, erasure or restriction where the relevant conditions apply. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests. A right to receive a portable copy may apply to some types of processing; we will explain which rights apply to your request.
To make a request, email hello@artiehealth.com. We may need proportionate information to confirm your identity and locate the relevant records. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office. Please contact us if you would like us to address a concern first.
Changes to this notice
We will update this page if the information we collect or the way we use it changes. Our cookies page explains browser storage and hosting security.
